Returns & Refunds

We want every Nerien piece to arrive as it was intended — quiet, intact, and considered.

If something is not right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused and unworn

• in its original condition

• with all original packaging included (velvet pouch, cards, etc.)

Because Nerien pieces are limited and handled as delicate objects, any signs of wear, scent, damage, or missing packaging will make the item ineligible for return.

 

 

How to request a return

Please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery and include:

• your order number

• a brief reason for the return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

When your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Final sale items

Limited editions, special releases, and discounted items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective.

 

A note on care

Our scarves are crafted from fine wools or materials. Improper handling or washing can permanently alter the fabric.
All pieces are dry clean only.
